Right now I have 20 hours, and I have all but 2 loyalty missions done, and I have all the ship upgrades I can get right now. So I've done a fair bit of planet mining to afford all those.

I figure I'll probably have 25-30 hours once I get everything done.

put the difficulty up, it's obviously too easy

I shouldn't have to turn the difficulty up to make the game longer.

This is just really typical of a Bioware game. KOTOR was quite hard, and it only lasted 20 hours. On the flip side Oblivion was easy as sh*t and you can easily manage 60 hours once all is said and done.

As much as I try to think of why I have so little play time, I just can't think of anything. Laughing

I think I did manage 40 hours on Dragon Age: Origins though...

Heavy Rain demo was pretty awesome. Still, some things are a bit awkward. Unintentionally funny even. Too bad you couldn't really see how your choices played out. It'd probably win 'best story' awards or whatever they have for that category.

Finished Darksiders and collected and unlocked everything I could in it. Awesome game.

I picked up Viking for $6.99. Its pretty mediocre but has some good qualitys. I guess I will most likely get my moneys worth from it.

Well, beat Mass Effect 2 again, this time with all the loyalty missions, and DLC missions as well. Ended up with 21 hours.

Something annoying though... Spoilers:
Despite buying all the ship upgrades, getting loyalty with all characters, and choosing the right options for splitting the team up, one of my characters still died. :/

I've not beaten ME2 yet but when I do I can't wait to dig into Bioshock 2 that i have all wrapped up still. Then it's onto Heavy Rain and then Splinter Cell. My most wanted games the next few months.

Borrowing Bioshock 2 from my friend. It really looks like sh*t on PS3. The textures switch to their low-res form when you're like 10 steps away. It makes the game look really f*cking ugly.

Maybe I'll just get the PC version. The texture sh*t is really distracting. Not to mention the graphical effects like lightning are insanely low res.

The first game on my old X1800XT looked much better than this.

I have it but still have not started it. I'm sure after playing ME2 it's really going to look ugly. I'm still very excited for the game. Can't wait.

I'm liking Bioshock 2 a lot more than I thought I would. I played the first game to death, so now I can't even play it, so I'm surprised I can play this.

It's a little annoying that they artificially make the game harder just by adding more splicers to fight. I don't like this trend of more enemies = higher difficulty.

Also I find it weird that playing as a big daddy is less clunky than playing as the character in the first game. Laughing

I'm enjoying it a lot as well. But this is my major gripe. I just don't feel like a big daddy at all while playing. I'm not sure why. Also the story in this game so far is pretty jibberish and the set pieces don't feel as creative as the first game. But as far as the atmosphere and gameplay goes its pretty damn fun to play.

Finished Bioshock 2 last night. Game gets really fantastic half way in and keeps going until the end. I'm glad that the ending is much better in this game than the first

Finished BioShock. Awesome. Seriously.
Loved the little things they added for fun, like finding "Jeff was here" written on a bathroom stall, or melting some ice and finding "Schrödinger's cat", and that sequence with the unstable teleportation plasmid vial was f*cking insane, and the audio diary from Fontaine where he had said this new guy, Jack (the protagonist from BS1), had a flight to catch.

Best of all [spoilers]:
Seeing things from the Little Sisters' point of view. That was so well done.

And then having four alternate endings? Jeez.
I ended up with the good one, though. Very Happy

Yea I got the good ending as well.

The endings were much better this time around.

I also loved seeing the point of view of that you were talking about. Made them seem so much more innocent

The graphics this time around, especially the textures on Walls and Doors seem more low res. But overall I came out very pleased for the game. Getting to level 40 in multiplayer is taking a while, I just got to 35.

I liked the whole suite of yours that you can browse in multiplayer, but I didn't like the actual gameplay very much. Didn't spend long on it.

so I finished Bioshock 2 with saving all the little sisters. Have to say I wasn't all that impressed by the game.. it was good but not anywhere close to the first one, even when the story got better it still wasn't great. Again I thought the game was good but not amazing. what a let down Confused
Now starting Heavy Rain. Looks amazing so far.

Did you rush through it or did you take it slow and listen to all the audio tapes? I

I got most of them (or so I believe). I'll go back and play through a different way to see if I enjoy it anymore than the first ending. Again, I don't think it was bad or even just okay but I wanted it to be so much more. I just didn't get that magic like the first one.
